Turn-around time: This is an important one! All items on my site are made-to-order and can take up to four weeks.

Changes: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once work has started (and this may happen within minutes of order placement). If you need to make a change to your order please email caitlin@moxieandoliver.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns and Exchanges: Because each item is made by hand, to order, all sales are final. Please feel free to ask any questions you’d like prior to ordering so that you can feel confident and comfortable making your decision to invest in a Moxie & Oliver heirloom piece.

Classes: If you have registered for a class and are unable to attend, you can reschedule at no cost with 48-hours notice. Class fees are non-refundable.
